MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES NOW ASK POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO SIGN BLANKET RELEASES TO ALL MEDICAL FACILITIES AND PRACTITIONERS FOR ALL MEDICAL RECORDS.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU SIGN ONE OF THESE RELEASES, ALL OF YOUR RECORDS CAN BE SENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

New Directions is very concerned that the privacy of all of our patients is strictly maintained at all times. We want you to feel secure that your records will be maintained in a safe manner. If you should decide to share those records with another agency or person, we will share only the information you give us permission to share during the time limits you set.

HIPPA COMPLIANCE

New Directions complies with all federal HIPPA standards. You will be given a copy of these standard procedures at your first visit and asked to sign that you have read and understand them.
